Wallet & Billing

Vidiking is pay-as-you-go. There are no subscriptions and no monthly fees — you add funds to a wallet and spend them on the work you do. This page explains how to top up and how billing works in the app.

Topping up your wallet

  1. Go to Deposit (Deposit Funds).
  2. Pick a preset amount — $10, $20, $50, $100, $200, $500 or $1,000 — or enter a custom amount. The minimum is $10.
  3. Review the breakdown:
    • Credits you receive — the amount that lands in your wallet to spend.
    • Admin fee — covers payment processing.
    • Total charged — what your card is billed.
  4. Pay securely via Stripe. Your new balance appears on the Dashboard.
Your balance doesn't expire

Funds you add stay good for 12 months. Spend them all at once or over time, on any mix of operations.

What your balance buys

The Deposit page includes a calculator that shows roughly how much each top-up gets you. As a guide:

Top-up1-min rendersImages (HQ)Voiceover minsFull short-form videos
$10~45~55~45~5
$50~227~277~227~29
$100~454~555~454~59
$500~2,272~2,777~2,272~295

A "full short-form video" means script + visuals + voiceover + clip + render combined. Mix and match freely — these are just illustrative single-operation counts.

Seeing the price before you spend

You never have to guess. The app surfaces cost up front everywhere it matters:

  • Studio shows a live cost basket that totals every layer as you build, with a Confirm render summary before you commit.
  • Videofactory puts the exact total on the Generate batch button.
  • Deposit shows the full fee breakdown before you pay.

And if a job fails, you're not charged — failed work is automatically refunded.

Free testing with sandbox mode

Want to try things without spending? Use sandbox mode:

  • Output is watermarked and free.
  • It's the perfect way to learn the tools, test a template, or wire up the API before going live.
  • Each account has both a sandbox and a production API key on the API page.

See Sandbox Mode for details.

Tracking your spend

  • The Dashboard shows your Balance, All-Time Spent, Renders Today and a Recent Jobs table with the amount charged per job.
  • Storage is governed by your storage plan on the Profile page — upgrade if you need more room for saved media.

That's the whole web app. To start automating what you've learned, head to the Quick Start and the API Reference.
