Workflow Marketplace
The Marketplace is a catalogue of ready-made Workflows — production pipelines you can install into your organisation in one click instead of building them stage by stage. Vidiking ships a set of industry packs, and you can publish your own.
Open Manage → Marketplace (/marketplace).
The Marketplace is for workflows — multi-stage production pipelines (Brief → AI stages → approval → Publish). It is different from the content Templates gallery, which holds reusable timeline/video templates. Both exist; they solve different problems.
Browsing
The Marketplace shows listings with category pills to filter and a stage-preview of each pipeline so you can see what it does before installing. System packs are authored by Vidiking.
Industry packs included
Vidiking seeds six ready-to-run industry packs, each a full executable pipeline (Brief → AI stages → approval gate → Publish):

Installing a pack
Press Install on a listing (manager-only). Installing:
- clones the workflow and all its stages into your organisation,
- clears any assignees from the source (you assign your own people),
- marks the copy as private (not published, not a system pack),
- increments the source pack's install count.
The installed workflow then appears in your Workflows page, ready to attach to a request — and you can edit it freely, since it's now your own copy.
Publishing your own
Built a pipeline worth sharing? From the Workflows page, Publish it and choose a category. It becomes a Marketplace listing (with a 📢 Published badge in your workflow list) that others can install. Unpublish to remove it. Both are manager-only actions.
